Nature and Anxiety
Nature for me has always been an anxiety reliever. If I felt really stressed or could feel my anxiety soaring, before it becomes unbearable I make sure I go for a walk and breathe the fresh air.If it was one of those days where I just couldn’t go outside I would pull out my favorite pictures and look at them. Even put on some nature sounds on Youtube. Of course, this will not work for everyone but it helps me bring down my anxiety before it completely washes over me. Here are some of my happy places!
