Learning to accept yourself is a big step in healing. I have GAD and OCD, and I have learned that is okay. This is just a part of me, Illness does not define you. Without, my own struggles, I would not be empathetic to other people.Once you accept your reality, you can begin to heal and be kinder to yourself. I like myself regardless of the struggles I face. So should you, be kind to yourself, accept yourself for who you are. I have accomplished this and so can you.
